MATERIALS USED: all the materials used (panels, edge bands, finishes, etc.) are produced in accordance with EEC norms with washable and scratch-proof materials in E1 class (UNI norm)  with low formaldehyde content.

The panel is in compliance with European norms EN 120/92; EN 717-2/94, and meets with the characteristics required by Italian Government norm no. 203 dated 08/05/2003: 30% of Public Administration purchasing has to be done with recycled materials: certified ecological quality

STRUCTURES: wooden particle boards finished with industrial decorating paper impregnated with polymerized melamine resin, varnishing mixture based on polyester resin. Backboards are produced with medium density fibers (M.d.f.).

DOORS AND DRAWINGS:  wood particle agglomerate.

EDGES: mono-layer and/or coupled layer with different thicknesses from 15 mm.

FRAMES AND BLOCKS: wood bars varnished with polyurethane paints, M.d.f. and/or ABS finished with micro laminate.

DRAWERS AND DRAWER GUIDES: beech painted PVC internal structure fitted on metallic bearing guides adjustable in height, with stroke-end stop.

HARDWARE: hinges (adjustable in height and depth) and assembling material steel and metal made.

FABRIC: pilling resistance (BS) 5/6 – resistance to abrasion (Martindale BS) 25.000 rounds – light resistance (Xeno Test) 5.

ASSEMBLING: 3 cm. are laterally and vertically required to assemble the structure.

DANGEROUS MATERIALS AND SUBSTANCES: there are not dangerous substances and materials in accordance with Italian law no. 256 dated 29/05/1974 and following norms. The finishing is no-toxic and not dangerous for the health.

WORKING METHODS: all the wood based materials are worked with industrial techniques using computerized numerical control units. Profiles and edges in natural wood are worked with handicraft techniques.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:  clean with moist cloth using not abrasive materials and dry with soft cloth.

USE INSTRUCTIONS, LIMITATIONS AND WARNINGS: there are not particular limitations in the use of the product. Please note the following basic instructions – do not hang on to the doors – do not climb on tables and chairs – avoid bumping against corners and glass surfaces – avoid doing maintenance on components without expert advice – check the wall resistance before hanging components – check periodically the assembling tightening – avoid contact with water and/or other liquids for a long period of time – the edges can not be exposed to heat above 45° C  

ECOLOGICAL QUALITY:  the panel belongs to the products branded ‘ Ecological Panel’. This is a product made of recycled wood that guarantees solidity, in deformability standards and important ecological quality. The material supplier has obtained a particular Certification for the exclusive use of recycled wood.
